At Global Vision Eyewear, we want you to see the world clearly and confidently; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your eyewear within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and include all accessories such as cases and cleaning cloths.
Initiate Your Return

Prepare the Package
Securely pack your eyewear in its original hard case and box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all tags are attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the frames, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
